\r\nYour plan is not similar to the one that I am suggesting other than a pyramid for the reps\/sets. Note that I only recomend 3 reps or less for olympic lifts and that we are well under 40 reps (5x8) per lift at this point in the season. Basically, I think you could be more time efficient and strength specific to the throws with something like a heavy 5x4 on power lifts and 5x2 on olympic lifts at this point in the season.
